Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

As we operate using a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the system.
5. Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

- Carrier delays
- External factors beyond our control
Veloralanee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
6. Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Veloralanee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
